I received my order and it is incorrect! What do I do?
Oh no! We will get you the correct items asap. Please email contact@shopsmds.com as soon as possible with your order number and an image and detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received.
I received my order and an item is damaged! What do I do?
Please email contact@SarahMarie.Run as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
I'm unsure about a size. How can I get help?

Where can I track my order?
Please use the tracking number link found in your shipment confirmation email to track orders.
Will I pay for custom fees?
Yes, SMRc is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally. Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
