There are three tiers: Amateur (earn 1,000 points, 2x multiplier), Professional (earn 2,500 points, 3x multiplier), and Elite (earn 4,000 points, 4x multiplier). The higher your tier, the faster you earn points on every purchase.

Purchase points are added after your order ships. Review points, birthday points, and social engagement points typically appear within 24–48 hours of the qualifying action.
Points earned from a returned order are deducted from your balance. If you redeemed points on an order that is later fully returned, those points are credited back to your account.
Yes! Your SMRc Rewards account is linked to the same login you use in the SMRc app. Shop on the app and your points sync automatically — no extra steps needed.
