How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-5 business days to process, in transit shipping time is 1-7 business days depending on location and shipping method selected. For expedited shipping please allow 1-2 business days of processing time before it ships. If you have multiple items in an order, they may ship out separately. Please note that fulfillment and shipping times may vary based on new product launches, high-volume seasons, and holidays.
Exception: Custom orders, including jewelry, custom printed shirts mugs and posters may take up to 10 business days to fabricate plus shipping time.
US Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria and we ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. In the case that we do not accept a return it will be sent back to the customer.

We do ship internationally! However, international orders are final sale and are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipients responsibility.

Jenny I purchased this hat after running the Dopey virtually (2020 probs). It arrived right on time for Disney marathon weekend and is a perfect substitute for not being able to receive the real medals at the finish line! I got one for my running partner and we will be sure to rock them all through Disney World when it's safe to do so!
