How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-5 business days to process, in transit shipping time is 1-7 business days depending on location and shipping method selected. For expedited shipping please allow 1-2 business days of processing time before it ships. If you have multiple items in an order, they may ship out separately. Please note that fulfillment and shipping times may vary based on new product launches, high-volume seasons, and holidays.
Exception: Custom orders, including jewelry, custom printed shirts mugs and posters may take up to 10 business days to fabricate plus shipping time.
US Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria and we ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. In the case that we do not accept a return it will be sent back to the customer.

Alexa I'm less than a year into my running journey, was entering the one season I hadn't properly run in yet - winter. TikTok was telling me that running in a cozy hoodie was a hack to get out the door and enjoy it so I was seeking just that. Still in my post NYC Marathon glow, I wanted something to show off my marathon success while giving the NYC merch a break.
I ordered a large to have a little more room and this sweatshirt was PERFECT. So soft and cozy. Fit exactly how I wanted it too (room for a fitted sweat wicking long sleeve underneath). The first run I wore it on, I set a new PR in the 10k and was able to have a a super successful redemption run on one of my favorite routes - the last time I was there was my one failed run during marathon training and peak week. I'm sure I had something to do with it, but the sweatshirt didn't hurt ;)
