How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders take 1-5 business days to process, in transit shipping time is 1-7 business days depending on location and shipping method selected. For expedited shipping please allow 1-2 business days of processing time before it ships. If you have multiple items in an order, they may ship out separately. Please note that fulfillment and shipping times may vary based on new product launches, high-volume seasons, and holidays.
Exception: Custom orders, including jewelry, custom printed shirts mugs and posters may take up to 10 business days to fabricate plus shipping time.
US Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria and we ask that you take care when trying on our products. Items with make-up, deodorant, other stains, or hair are considered damaged and will not be accepted. In the case that we do not accept a return it will be sent back to the customer.
International Return Policy
We do ship internationally! However, international orders are final sale and are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipients responsibility.

Lauren When your Swiftie friend sees your sweatshirt and says, "SHUT UP." This is the perfect sweatshirt for any Swiftie. I'm 5'7", a size small in general, and a size small fits perfectly oversized. Bonus, this sweatshirt is so SOFT on the inside.

Lisa So disappointed! Only wore it once. Loved that is was soft and oversized, but the sleeves are pilling after one wear. I expected better quality from a $72 swearshirt.

Thank you for reaching out and happy to help. Some light pilling can occur with our sweatshirts over time. We work hard to source the softest, most comfortable fabrics, and while those materials feel amazing, they can be a bit more prone to pilling than stiffer, less cozy ones. That said, it shouldn’t happen until after many wears.
We do our best to catch any items that don’t meet our quality standards before shipping, but occasionally an issue like this can slip through. I’m more than happy to send a replacement, we always want you to have the best version of our product, and I really appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
